When can I access information on the IIDM web site?

Upon online registration and credit card payment of a membership fee, you can view and print all the information you wish, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

How long does it take to process my Membership?

Upon submission and verification of your registration details, you gain immediate access to all of IIDM's resources. Confirmation of your membership is emailed to you within 2 business days.

My organisation has a number of executives who want IIDM membership. Do I have to individually register each person?

For 4 or more membership, you can choose to get an IIDM Corporate Membership, and provide your key staff and business customers access to the IIDM website at a wholesale corporate fee. IIDM Corporate Membership also includes your logo appearing in the banner of each e-newsletter, and a customisable message and link for those you register. A great value-added service that keeps your branding in front of your customers, and promotes staff and customer loyalty.

How concerned should I be about providing my personal information and credit card details over the Internet?

We take the privacy of your personal information and the security of your credit card details very seriously. Stringent guidelines as set out in our Privacy Policy are adhered to in order to ensure safe and secure collection of credit card details to protect against misuse. For the purposes of processing future monthly membership payments, your credit card details are not stored on the IIDM web servers. IIDM utilises the secure services of VeriSign/PayPal to process your initial and recurring membership fees.

Do I have to provide my Login details every time I log in to the IIDM website?

Having entered your initial login information (email address & password) when requested, and by configuring your browser to accept cookies, IIDM recognises you and remembers your login information. Refer to your Internet browser Help section for how to enable cookies.

Having logged into the site, I keep being asked to log-in again. Why? How do I fix it?

As our web site uses cookies to remember your password, you may need to configure your internet browser to allow this for the IIDM site. Refer to your Internet browser Help section for how to enable cookies or add IIDM - http://www.iidmglobal.com/ as a safe site.

Can I get some more information about IIDM before I join?

Of course! Just click on the "Sign-Up For Our Free e-Newsletter" button, enter the requested information and subscribe to our free e-newsletter (CEO News) to receive emailed updates on new articles and features you'll find on the IIDM website. If you have a specific question, please Contact Us.

Why can't I access the information published on the IIDM website?

To access all areas of the IIDM website, you must be a registered member (having previously received email confirmation to that effect). Registering to receive CEO News does not entitle you to access all the information published on the IIDM website. Should you wish to upgrade to a full IIDM membership, please go to Join.

Should access be denied to an IIDM member (having entered your Login information), we recommend you re-enter your email address and password to ensure accuracy.

I've forgotten my password

When requested for your Login information, click on "Forgot your password?", enter your email address and within minutes your password will be emailed to you. If you do not receive this email notification you may have entered your email address incorrectly or you may not be an IIDM member.

Please be aware your ISP may have installed blocking software which may prevent the delivery of your password via email. If you have entered the correct email address and have received no response, you are welcome to directly email online@ceo.com.au requesting your password.

How do I change my password?

Having entered your Login information, click on "My Profile" and enter your new password in the 'Password' field and also re-enter this new password in the 'Confirm Password' field. Remember to remove the obsolete password.

It won't accept my password

Your password must not exceed 20 characters - alpha and/or numeric configuration only.

How do I change my email address?

Having entered your Login information, click on "My Profile" and enter your new email address in the 'Email' field. Remember to remove the obsolete email address.

How do I update my credit card details?

For security reasons your credit card details are not stored by IIDM on its web servers, and consequently you cannot change your credit card details on this website. To arrange for these details to be altered, click on Contact Us and notify us you wish to change your credit card information.

Can I receive a tax invoice?

Payment for new and renewal membership fees are processed by the secure environment hosted by VeriSign/PayPal. When sucessfully processed, a receipt is automatically issued to the member's email address. Click on Contact Us if you have any further queries regarding this automatic receipt generation.

How do I find the information I'm really looking for?

Enter your desired keyword or phrase on the "Search" facility located on the left hand navigation panel. This will search our entire article database for the relevant keyword or phrase - and then list in order of greatest to least relevance.
