Daniel Lock is the principal of Daniel Lock Consulting, a firm specialising in helping organisations improve productivity.

Daniel has attracted market leading clients, such as National Australia Bank, Macquarie Bank, Westpac Bank and Mitsubishi, as well several smaller and medium sized companies.

Prior to consulting, Daniel worked as project manager and operational manager at Westpac Bank in Adelaide, Australia, where he managed both line and project functions and oversaw re-organisations and department amalgamations. There he was a speaker at Westpac charity workshops.

The Bank awarded Daniel "Excellence in Quality" Awards, for outstanding and innovative work maximising the team effort in a quality enhancement project. He is currently a member of the Change Management Institute, and Project Management Institute.

The facilitation of strategy formulation, implementing innovation strategies, process improvement and coaching in creative and innovation thinking skills have been numbered amongst his work.
