Rob Pyne
Rob studied psychology at University College London, specializing in human judgement and decision-making. In 1997, he quit his PhD to move to Australia and surf. He joined the world of advertising, rising to become Chief Strategy Officer of a global agency. After a series of leadership roles, Rob set up training firm Realizer in 2013, with a mission to help the world make better decisions. He discovered that the best way to improve decision-making is to work with leadership teams - to unlock their collective intelligence. Having worked with 50+ teams and hundreds of leaders, he’s written the book Unlock: Leveraging the Hidden Intelligence in Your Leadership Team to help leaders build teams which are smarter than the sum of their parts.
